At UBUY E-COM MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED, your satisfaction is our priority. If you ever receive the wrong item, a damaged or defective product, or something with missing parts, we want you to know that we’re here to help. Our dedicated support and operations team will guide you through the process and ensure your concern is resolved quickly and smoothly.
Return Policy & Procedure
If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product, you are eligible to request a return. We offer a 7-day support window from the date of delivery. For damaged products, please inform both the assigned courier company and our support team within 3 days of delivery. To offer the best assistance, we encourage all return requests to be made within the timeframe, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label by email. Simply print it, attach it to your package, and hand it over to the courier when they arrive to collect it from your original delivery address. You will not be charged for return shipping. The courier will then handle the delivery back to our warehouse. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that:
- The product is in unused and resalable condition.
- It is in its original packaging with the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, and warranty card.
- All accessories or free gifts received with the product are returned.
- You provide our support team with clear images or videos and a short description to help us assess the issue.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories cannot be returned. These include: innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, beauty products, perfumes, deodorants, grocery & gourmet items, jewellery, pet supplies, books, music, movies, batteries, and similar items. In addition, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products with missing labels, accessories, or serial numbers.
- Digital products.
- Items that have been tampered with, used, installed, or altered from their original form.
- Refurbished or pre-owned items.
- Products that match the order placed and are not damaged or defective.
Refund Policy & Procedure
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse. Our team will verify that it meets all eligibility criteria before approving or rejecting the refund.
Once approved, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 24-48 hours. The amount will reflect in your account based on standard bank settlement timelines. If you opt for UCredit, the amount will reflect in your shopfromindia.com account within 24-48 working hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
If you paid customs, duties, taxes, or VAT upfront through our website and your return is approved, these amounts will be refunded to your original payment method. If they were not charged upfront, the refund will be issued as UCredit only.
Please note: Customs, duties, taxes, and VAT will only be refunded if your return is due to a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product.
Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
